Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on every order, to every destination we ship to.

Processing Time
Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Note: these are estimated timeframes and do not include delays caused by events outside our control (see Exceptional Delays below). Delays can occasionally occur during high-demand periods or due to customs processing in your country.

Exceptional Delays
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by events outside our control — including natural disasters, war, political unrest, customs disruptions, or extreme weather. If your parcel shows no tracking movement for 30 days, please contact us so we can look into it.

Customs & Duties
For orders shipped to the United States, all duties and import charges are included in your order total — you won't be charged anything extra on delivery. For other destinations, import duties may apply depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
